No photo/video uploads: Swipey does not upload your photos or videos to our servers.
Local-only processing: Media is accessed and processed on your device only.
Purchases handled by stores: Payments are processed by Apple/Google; we do not store your payment details.

1. Media & Device Access

Swipey requests access to your device’s media library solely to display and help you manage your photos and videos, including deletion actions you explicitly choose.

We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos or videos. Media is processed locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

Swipey does not require an account and does not ask for personal identifiers like your name, phone number, or contacts.

We may collect limited non-personal technical information to improve reliability and performance, such as:

Device model, OS version
App version
Crash logs and diagnostics
Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., feature usage counts)

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

Swipey may offer one-time purchases and/or auto-renewing subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play.

Payments are processed by Apple/Google; we do not receive or store your full payment details.
We may receive purchase status information (e.g., whether a subscription is active) to enable paid features.

4. Third-Party Services

Swipey may use third-party services such as analytics or crash reporting providers. These services may process non-personal technical data (for example, diagnostics) under their own privacy policies.

If you use a version of the App that includes third-party SDKs, those providers may collect data as described above.

5. Data Retention

We do not store your photos/videos. If we receive diagnostic or analytics events, we retain them only as long as necessary for operational purposes (such as improving stability), or as required by law.

6. International Users

Swipey may be used globally. If we process non-personal technical data through third-party providers, that processing may occur in countries other than your own.
