These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Swipey ("the App"), provided by devmyway ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App and Local Media Actions

The App helps you browse and delete photos/videos stored on your device. You are solely responsible for selecting content to delete.

3. User Responsibility & Backups

• You control which items are deleted.
• Deleted items may not be recoverable.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups (e.g., cloud backup) if you want recovery options.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

4.1 Payments

Payments for subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (the "Store"). We do not process or store your full payment information.

4.2 Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription:

• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled according to the Store’s rules.
• You can manage/cancel in your Store account settings.
• Access to subscription features may end if the subscription is canceled or expires.

4.3 One-Time Purchases

If you purchase a one-time product, access to that product is provided according to the Store transaction status.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the Store according to its policies. We cannot issue refunds directly for Store purchases.

5. License and App Store / Google Play Terms

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. Your right to use the App is also subject to any applicable Store terms and policies.

Apple EULA / Licensed Application Terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge and agree that Apple is not responsible for the App. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA), the Apple EULA may control to the extent required by Apple’s rules.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or interfere with its normal operation.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data, including accidental deletions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by device/OS behavior, permissions, or third-party services

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including branding, design, and code) belong to us or our licensors.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially violate these Terms, where permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
